Machining of plumbing parts
A French specialist in the machining of stainless steel components for over 60 years, Beal Inox specialises in the machining of stainless steel fittings and plumbing components using turning and milling processes. This internationally recognised expertise enables us to manufacture all types of metal or high-density plastic (polyethylene or polypropylene) components to specification, and to supply leading companies in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries.

From design to finished product
We manufacture our parts based on paper drawings, diagrams, STEP files or even a simple sketch. Our in-depth knowledge of connection standards (SMS, DIN, ISO/metric, ASME-BPE, etc.) enables us to meet any type of request and offer a solution tailored to very specific requirements.
Our design office is capable of designing and creating bespoke parts for specific connections, combining several industrial standards.
CNC turning or CNC milling
To manufacture our components, we primarily use stainless steel bars or tubes (304, 316 or 316L, with a certificate of European origin). We also work with other materials, such as bronze, aluminium, high-density plastic and superalloys (Inconel®, Hastelloy®, Uranus®, etc.).
The main techniques we use on CNC (computer numerical control) machines are turning and milling, two processes that remove material. In turning, the workpiece rotates whilst the tools remain stationary. In milling, it is the tool that rotates around the workpiece.
Computer-numerical-control machining enables unrivalled precision in the manufacture of industrial components subject to strict quality standards. A wide range of finishes are possible, such as marking, polishing, welding…
