Beal Inox Our services Superalloys

Machining of superalloys and special alloys

Nuances inox

Beal Inox is one of the few French manufacturers capable of machining special alloys and superalloys to produce high performance parts and custom products for industrial installations. Our experienced team is at your disposal for information on the manufacture of parts in Inconel®, Hastelloy®, Uranus® and other special metals.

Inconel®

Inconel® is an American brand name created in 1940 and designating more than twenty austenitic stainless steel alloys enriched with nickel, chromium, molybdenum, titanium, etc. The grades most commonly used in machining are Inconel® 600, Inconel® 625 and Inconel® 718.

These are high quality metals, extremely resistant to corrosion and oxidation, which can be used at very high temperatures (up to 800°C) for applications in the aeronautical, nuclear, chemical and motorsports industries….

Hastelloy®

Hastelloy® is an American trademark registered in 1922, and designates a range of more than a hundred Nickel alloys. We mainly use Hastelloy® C22 and C276 alloys for the creation of fittings and specific parts.

Like Inconel®, Hastelloy® alloys are highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation, and can withstand very high temperatures (up to 800°C). These special alloys are used in the nuclear industry, in aeronautics and in the chemical industry.

Duplex et Uranus® steels

Duplex steels are austenitic-ferritic steels with a two-phase structure and a high chromium content, created in Sweden in the 1930s

We mainly use Duplex F44 (1.4547), F53 (1.4410), Uranus® 45N/F51 (1.4462/329LN) and Uranus® B6 (1.4539/904L) for the production of special stainless steel parts with high corrosion resistance for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
